Hello everyone,
I am currently testing the WebSocketServer in ProviewR 7.0.0-2 to create a custom HTML5 dashboard using values from the runtime. The server runs without any issues and is accessible via HTML (/pwrp_web/index.html). The necessary permissions in $Security > defaultWebPriv have also been configured. My problem is that I am unable to retrieve and display values from the runtime. When querying a value—for example, "EMS-INV001-PV-Vpv1.Value.ActualValue" the interface returns "undefined." Does anyone have any ideas on how to implement this, or is there a more detailed description available for the WebSocketServer? Is it possible that the WebSocketServer cannot output "ActualValue" directly?

I have now decided to go with the Python API. It is much easier for visualization and for querying the values.

Hello everyone,
here’s a quick update for technicians looking to implement a visualization for ProviewR using HTML5. I highly recommend it.
