Adding an operator station

I think this version mismatch is due to fact that originally dev/op station was build with libnodave included. Maybe I need to copy some files from dev station to new op station?

Hi Mika,

Some dbs-file, probably volopas2.dbs, is built with the 6.1.5 versions of the class volumes pwrs and pwrb. Either you haven’t reloaded the database, or a new dbs-file for 7.0.0 is not created or distributed to the operator station. You can run the program wb_ldlist to examine the version of a dbs-file and you will also see the versions of referenced class volumes.

> wb_ldlist $pwrp_load/volopas2.dbs

Thank you Claes.
Still struggling with this. I cannot get wb_ldlist command to work for me either on development nor operator station. But I can see there is different timestamps:

Reload the database? I suppose I have not done it, how you do it?

Hi Mika,

A reload of the database will probably fix the problem.

> reload.sh volopas2

Reload is divided into passes and you can specify a start pass and you will get a question to quit or continue after each pass.

The ’classvolumes’ pass will rebuild the class volumes and then you have to activate ’Update Classes’ and rebuild all your other volumes. You don’t need to execute this pass and to avoid it run the ’dumped’ pass first and then quit. Run reload.sh again and this time start from the ’renamdb’ pass and continue with the other passes.
